Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
